My stay at the hotel was overall positive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the noise from other guests was a bit bothersome at night. The staff was friendly and did their best to address any issues. The location was convenient for my conference at TCU, though the dining options were not up to my expectations.
The hotel offers what you would expect for the price, with some positives like a good location within the hotel. However, there were a few issues at check-in, including hair in the spa tub, a homeless individual in the lobby, and ill-fitting bed sheets.
The hotel rooms seemed a bit dated with extras that had potential but fell short in execution. Despite some maintenance issues, the room was adequately clean and supplied with essentials like hair products and shower amenities.
